FULL STACK ENGINEER (DJANGO / REACT JS) - NOT MERN STACK
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Django (Backend) and React JS (Frontend) to build scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate is comfortable working across the entire stack, from database design and API architecture to responsive UI implementation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver production-grade SaaS solutions and internal systems.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and develop end-to-end web applications
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs using Django
• Develop responsive and scalable frontend interfaces using React
• Optimize database queries and frontend performance
• Implement background jobs and asynchronous tasks
• Ensure application security and data protection standards
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and DevOps teams
• Conduct code reviews and maintain coding standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues
• Contribute to architectural decisions and system improvements
Requirements
Backend Skills
• Strong proficiency in Python and Django
• Experience with Django REST Framework (DRF)
• Solid understanding of PostgreSQL and database optimization
• Experience with Celery and background task management
• Familiarity with Redis for caching and task queues
• RESTful API design and implementation
• Authentication systems (JWT, OAuth2, session-based auth)
• Understanding of secure backend development practices
Frontend Skills
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+)
• Hands-on experience with React JS
• Experience with React Hooks and component-based architecture
• State management using Redux or Context API
• HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles
• Experience integrating REST APIs
• Familiarity with Tailwind CSS or Bootstrap
DevOps & General
• Experience with Docker and Docker Compose
• Basic knowledge of Nginx and Gunicorn deployment
• Git version control
• CI/CD pipeline familiarity
